Stainless steel positioning and Thermal Buffering frames offer excellent separation between racks and make handling easier because of their individual comportments. Thermal Buffering frames also offer a 100% separation between gas and liquid, thus avoiding possible cross contamination. These gas phase storage systems have first been introduced by us in the mid 90’s. Today, almost every system sold will be equipped with a Thermal Buffering frame. Like the name implies, they offer great thermal buffering capacity that results in a much better temperature stability in the sample storage space.
